Client Policies

1. Client Staff Request Policy

  • Staff Requests: Clients can request specific caregivers based on their needs. If a requested caregiver isn’t hired, an introduction fee may apply.
  • Staff Substitution: If a requested caregiver is unavailable, a suitable replacement will be provided.

2. Caregiver Availability

  • Schedules: Caregiver availability may change based on their schedule. Clients will be notified of any changes.
  • Shift Flexibility: We offer flexible care options, including part-time, full-time, hourly, overnight, and 24-hour care.

3. Health & Home Care

  • Health Care: Only qualified staff (e.g., CNA or nurses) will provide healthcare services like medication reminders or post-surgical care.
  • Home Care: Non-medical services (e.g., companionship, meal prep) are provided by trained Home Health Aides or Companion Caregivers.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Communication: Clients must provide clear information about their loved one’s care needs.
  • Confidentiality: Client information is kept confidential.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due as agreed in the care plan. We accept direct billing or insurance claims if applicable.
  • Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations.

6. Termination of Services

  • Notice: Clients must give 48 hours’ notice to terminate services.
  • Immediate Termination: Services may be terminated immediately if the caregiver feels unsafe or if the client violates terms.
